School of Comm Arts, UTCC was honored to welcome delegates from SMCII, Philippines, Dr.Sinsini Sim for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) covering both institutional and graduate school partnerships. This marks a shared commitment to academic excellence and future collaborative opportunities.
